Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket.

Our film prices are in singles or packs of 10. If you order 10 or more films, which may be mixed, all the films will be charged at our 10 pack rate. The price will be adjusted when we process your order. We offer extra saving with our 20 pack prices. This applies only when 20 of the same film are purchased.

After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron and Solo cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Subject to satisfactory payment clearance, orders received by 2pm, Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. If you order is urgent we recommend you place your order by phone. This will enable us to confirm that all the items are in stock for immediate delivery.

We dispatch orders to all U.K. by Royal Mail. Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier. You have the choice of the delivery service. First Class is £2.95, Second class £1.95 or Special Delivery / courier £6.95. The costs are indicated before you complete your order.

We only make one postage charge per order. Should any items be back ordered we make no extra postage charge to you on dispatch.

Orders to Europe, including Ireland and the Channel Islands, the postage charge if £5.50 per 20 films or batteries. Please not we do not post alkaline batteries to Europe.

For your mutual security, our payment clearance system has a number of built in precautions against fraudulent use of stolen or 'borrowed' cards.

You can help us to clear payment quickly by:

Having delivery to the cardholder's billing address.
Providing the landline telephone number for that address (in addition to any mobile number you may wish to provide).
If delivery is not to the cardholder's billing address, we may carry out additional security checks before dispatch - this may delay your delivery

Delivery Schedule Subject to satisfactory payment clearance, orders received by 2pm, Monday to Friday will normally by dispatched the same day. If you order is urgent we recommend you place your order by phone.This will enable us to confirm that all the items are in stock for immediate delivery.

Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday subject to stock. We will advise you if any items are out of and there delivery date.

EU orders are dispatched by Air Mail.

We only supply to addresses in the UK and the EU.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Should any items be back ordered we make no extra postage charge to you on dispatch.

Tax Charges All our prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% on the secure ordering page the amount of VAT you are paying is indicated. A VAT receipt is included with all orders.

We only supply goods inclusive of UK VAT.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
